To add a bit of fun element to your traditional Easter decorations and sweets, why not make these Easter Bunny Rice Krispies Poops. They could easily be made any time of the year and just called something else. These rice chocolate treats are very easy to make and great fun to do with your children or grandchildren.
This version is a chocolate flavoured one, but if you want to keep the chocolate out you can use my basic rice krispies recipe here.
To make sure your hands don’t stick to the marshmallow mixture, wait for it to cool down a little, as this will firm it up a bit and won’t be as sticky. You can also oil your hands very lightly or wear catering gloves to form the treats.
