Another quick rice krispies treat which can be topped up with chocolate or candy melt and sprinkles of your choice. You can use any kind of pop sticks, the colourful ones look very cheerful, but plain ones will look lovely too.

Rice Krispies Treats Pops with Chocolate and Sprinkles
Easy rice krispie treats recipe made into square pops, dipped into chocolate and sprinkles
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 150 g mini marshmallows
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 100 g milk or dark chocolate bar (or chocolate melt)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a heatproof bowl in a microwave (30 sec and stir carefully afterwards). Melt for further 10 sec or so, if needed.
- Add rice krispies and mix well
- Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and oil very lightly
- Spoon the mixture in and press very lightly. Let the mixture to set and cut into squares or rectangle shapes of your choice
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a microwave for 10 sec at a time.
- Add a cake pops stick to each square and dip into the melted chocolate. Shake the chocolate excess a little and coat with sprinkles. Gently place on a tray lined with baking parchment
- Carry on dipping and coating the rest of the pops
- Leave to set in fridge for about 20 minutes.
