I finally got on the Pinterest Bandwagon, and I saw this graphic pinned by one of my friends that I thought some of you might enjoy! The information with it said, “ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone. These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas! Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!” With my Fibromyalgia and back problems, I am not able to do all of these, but I think it’s worth a try to do the ones I can do!
I’d love for you to share some healthy living tips in the comments section too! We’re all in this fight together 🙂

How are you doing? It is important to try to do some exercises. Even if you can’t do them all, staying moving and doing light exercises helps, too.

I’ve learned that losing weight doesn’t mean eating only lettuce and working out 1 hour a day. You can lose weight slowly but steadily over several months by simply making small adjustments to your lifestyle. Maintaining a healthy weight is a lifestyle, not a temporary thing, not a fad, not something you do just certain times of year. It has to be a mentality. You have to make choices every day. It gets easier and easier, more automatic, and the changes you see make it so very worthwhile.

I’m going to give some of these exercises a try. I’ve always had trouble with my lower stomach since my first born, so maybe if I’m consistent with these exercises, I can get back, or close, to my normal stomach.
Thanks for sharing!

Oh! I need to print these out. Your lower stomach is the hardest part to shrink and I hate it! I love walking for exercise but this right is a nice addition to my pilates or stretching.
