Being a mom is a very busy job, and often we have very little privacy or time to ourselves. The one place where we can usually get a few minutes alone, is in the bathroom. My kids are just 18 months apart, and when they were all very young, those few moments that I got to myself each day were quite valuable to my sanity, and it was important to me to take a few extra moments to pamper myself while in the restroom, so I could leave feeling clean and refreshed, and ready to tackle three young kids again. Now that they are a little older, I do get more time to myself, but with three active boys participating in sports activities, it seems like we are always on the go! Being surrounded by hot and sweaty boys all the time, makes me long for some pampering time. I make sure to get this for myself by establishing a routine. I take a few moments here and there to really do some freshening up, so I can feel sparkly clean in the midst of sweat and dirt.
Talking about bathroom routines can be awkward and uncomfortable, if we allow it to, but it’s a reality we all face. I say we stop being embarrassed and put on a brave face to share what works for us, in hopes that our confessions help someone else!
For me, I have very sensitive skin, and it’s important that I keep it clean and fresh. For my face, I use a face wash a few times per day to keep it clean and oil free. I have one bottle in my master bath, and another in our downstairs guest bath, for times when I’ve been exercising, etc and just need to quickly clean my face. I also use disposable cleansing cloths, because a wet wipe does a better job of cleaning my face than just a dry cloth. When you really think about it, we use wet wipes to clean our hands and faces because they do a better job than dry wipes, so it stands to reason that this would be the case for our bums too! I encourage you to check out the new Wet+Dry System from Cottonelle, available at CVS, with the coupon linked below, for a week or so and see what you think. I’d love to hear your opinions and feedback, so don’t forget to pop back over here and let me know how it works for you!

Who would be ashamed to be clean ? not me. These are coming up more now and people are using them on themselves as well as on the babies. Keeps us nice and clean.
We just started using this brand of flushables and love them, thanks for the coupon
I tried some from a different brand before and they worked pretty well. I couldn’t use them too often, though, due to sensitive skin.
This product is such a good idea!
My family uses these all the time.It was a big help when my grandson started cleaning his self. Thanks for the great coupon.I will have to get some paper today so I can print it.
Okay I definitely need like 20 of these LOL! Seriously! I am a germophobe and my daughter is terrible with cleaning herself, this would allow her to clean herself easily and not get germs on the container 🙂
Thank you!
Thanks for the coupon, I use these every day.
Brave face…meets clean bum!
